I see extra-curricula activities are an essential part of school life and often offer individuals a supplement to academic success at school. There are many highlights from coaching sports thnroughout my career. I have proudly led New cairo British International School rugby team to their first international tour and competed in the prestigious Dubai Sevens tournament. At Casablanca American School I was fortunate to coach the “Girls Varsity Soccer Team” as an extracurricular activity which was a great learning experience considering my sporting background is predominantly within Rugby Union. At Gems Welliongton International School I was responsible for year 10 & 11 rugby and have taken training sessions and games against local schools every week and some weekends during the autumn and spring terms. I am very proud to have established the first girls’ rugby team at Fairwater High School. I am a Welsh Rugby Union Level One coach and I enjoy refereeing games and particularly find coaching rewarding.
